I started this site to get better at documentation and writing. I try to structure posts so future-me (and other people) can follow along: context → goal → steps → results → next improvements.

CompTIA: A+ ✅ (earned ~September 2025), currently working toward Network+ and Security+
Home lab: virtualization, networking, storage, backups, improving documentation, and monitoring
Security practice: controlled labs for learning basic pentesting techniques safely and ethically

How I approach projects

A few things I care about when I’m learning or shipping a project:

Make it work, then make it repeatable
Document it like someone else will inherit it
Prefer small improvements that compound over time

Beyond tech

Outside of servers and cables, I’m into:

Cars — Whether it be Modding, Tuning, Customizing, or just taking the long way to enjoy the backroads
Kayaking - There’s just something about being out on the water
Photography / cinematography — Shooting, editing, and learning how to tell story’s visually
Drones — Learning FPV and how to get smooth cinematic footage at speed
Radio Comms — Messing and learning about Radio Communication. Whether it be GMRS, HF, Meshtastic, SDRs, or Trunked Systems
